Grant Programs

Someone You Know Campaign

As part of the Foundation’s efforts to address the opioid crisis, we’re working with local government agencies, schools, community-based organizations, and health care providers to humanize and de-stigmatize the faces of Opiate Use Disorder (OUD). Through these collaborations, we have identified impactful stories about those impacted by OUD and helped to convene town hall meetings where community members can raise awareness, share their experiences, and find resources for help.
