A regional response fund has been created for area nonprofits to help vulnerable populations affected by COVID-19. PHL COVID-19 Fund is co-directed by The Philadelphia Foundation and United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and supported by Independence Blue Cross.
